Our perfumes are handcrafted in small batches. Natural settling and maceration are part of the normal development process
Slight differences in color, thickness, or opening notes are normal and do not indicate a defect
For the best experience, allow the fragrance to macerate for up to 2 weeks before judging the final scent profile
Complaints or return requests based solely on first impressions before this maceration period will not be accepted
Returns are only accepted in line with our Return & Refund Policy and only for items that arrive damaged or incorrect
We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons related to personal scent preference or unmet expectations
Once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and authenticity reasons
